REP PLAYER POINTS
Starting in the 2025 Winter season, all representative players must adhere to the points system when forming teams for the CADBA Domestic Competition. This system has been put in place to ensure the integrity and fair development of players across all teams within each grade. The goal is to maintain a balanced competition, where no team is unfairly stacked with high-level representative players. This approach fosters equitable development opportunities for all participants, ensuring that every team has a fair chance to grow and compete. Let's work together to uphold the spirit of fair play and player development!

A comprehensive set of rules and regulations that govern the VJBL operations.
At Chelsea Gulls, our Junior athletes are committed to enhancing their skills through a variety of programs and training sessions led by our High Performance and Development Coach, Andrew Potter, along with our experienced representative coaches.
We have a clear vision at Chelsea: To foster increased participation, promote continuous development, and build synergy within our Association. These goals are supported by our three core values: Belief, Discipline, and Ownership.
Belief: Embracing acceptance, trust, and a commitment to the systems, structures, and values we’ve put in place to help us exceed our greatest aspirations.
Discipline: Demonstrating the ability to work hard, act with integrity, and maintain a positive attitude while adhering to rules and standards that promote growth.
Ownership: Exercising mindfulness, accountability, and independent decision-making to take responsibility for our actions and perceptions, driving us toward our shared mission of success.
